Your New Role

• Perform MIG welding on steel for new builds and repair work up to 1 1/2 inch thickness in Valley, NE

• Execute stick welding for field repairs as needed

• Complete TIG welding on stainless steel and aluminum with strong appearance and production quality

• Use plasma and torch cutting equipment for fabrication projects

• Interpret project needs through conversations and translate them into finished products

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times

• Shift between projects and priorities to meet critical deadlines

• Collaborate with team members while contributing your own expertise and ideas

• Minimum 3 years of fabrication experience

• Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and stick welding

• Strong understanding of fabrication techniques and blueprint interpretation

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

• Experience with plasma cutting and torch work

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Ability to commute to Valley, NE 68064

• Willingness to work occasional weekends as needed
