Your New Role

• Work from our 10,000-square-foot warehouse in Tucson, Arizona

• Maintain accurate inventory records for more than 1,200 plumbing SKUs using ServiceTitan or our designated inventory software

• Perform cycle counts and quarterly inventory audits to ensure inventory accuracy

• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies quickly and accurately

• Organize warehouse inventory, maintain stock levels, and ensure proper bin locations and labeling

• Review daily job schedules and pull materials for upcoming service and installation jobs

• Stage materials so field technicians can load efficiently each morning

• Coordinate with office staff and field technicians to ensure materials are accurate and available

• Compare vendor pricing to help secure competitive costs on inventory purchases

• Receive incoming shipments, verify purchase orders, and resolve receiving discrepancies

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment

• Track, inspect, and maintain company tools and equipment used by field technicians

• Coordinate repairs or replacements for damaged equipment as needed

• Communicate inventory shortages, backorders, and supply issues proactively to avoid job delays

• Accurately document inventory movement and warehouse transactions using computer-based inventory management systems

• 2+ years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, customer service, dispatch, administrative support, logistics, purchasing, coordination, or a related role

• Direct warehouse or inventory management experience is preferred, but candidates with strong transferable experience in customer service, dispatch, administration, logistics, or coordination will also be considered

• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records

• Experience using computer-based systems for inventory, scheduling, dispatch, customer service, administration, or related business operations

• Ability to learn and accurately use inventory management software and warehouse processes

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on your feet throughout the workday

• Reliable, punctual, self-motivated, and able to work independently

• Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with office staff, field technicians, vendors, and other team members

• bility to manage multiple priorities, identify discrepancies, solve problems, and follow through on open issues

• ServiceTitan experience is strongly preferred; experience with DESCO or similar business management software is also valuable

• Experience working in a plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or other skilled trades warehouse or service environment is preferred

• Familiarity with plumbing materials, fittings, fixtures, and related inventory is preferred

• Experience with vendor pricing analysis, purchasing, shipping, receiving, or material coordination is preferred

• Military inventory management experience is highly valued

• Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, cycle counting, shipping, receiving, purchasing, material handling, and warehouse organization is a plus

• Candidates coming from customer service, CSR, call center, dispatch, or administrative roles are encouraged to apply when they bring strong organization, communication, computer skills, attention to detail, and the ability to learn warehouse and inventory processes
