Your New Role

• Load, transport, and deliver HVAC equipment and materials safely across New York City, NY

• Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintain company vehicle cleanliness and safety

• Track deliveries, maintain accurate documentation, and coordinate with field teams

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory in the warehouse

• Prepare and stage materials for job sites and technician pickups

• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, dollies, and hand trucks

• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits

• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards

• Assist with general warehouse and facility upkeep as needed

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• CDL preferred but not required

• Ability to lift and move up to 80 pounds regularly

• Previous warehouse, delivery, or logistics experience preferred

• Basic mechanical aptitude or familiarity with HVAC equipment is a plus

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Reliable, punctual, and committed to safety standards

• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support operations as needed
