Pay: $75,000 per year ($35/hr) plus overtime commissions and bonuses
Work Hours: 40–60 hours/week + overtime opportunities
Schedule: Full-time with weekend availability as needed

Based in Woodland, CA (within a 20-mile service area), you’ll:
Lead a team of installers and apprentices in underground plumbing jobs
Coordinate with office staff, inspectors, customers, and sales techs from start to finish
Maintain full job site oversight, ensuring all work meets Halls Plumbing quality standards
Handle scheduling, inspections, and daily reporting
Train apprentices and ensure adherence to safety and company procedures
Monitor inventory, restock trucks, and report maintenance needs
Use trenchless and traditional excavation methods for repairs and installations
Operate light and medium equipment as needed (e.g., excavators, bobcats)

Must be available full-time (40–60 hours/week), with flexibility for overtime and weekends
Willing to assist crews or respond to customer emergencies after hours as needed
Skilled in traditional excavation and trenchless “bursting” methods
Able to perform water and waste line repairs, cleanouts, spot repairs, and water main rebuilds
Experienced with water line installs from the meter to the home, soldering, and pro press
Proficient with mole tools (boring tools—not directional drilling)
Can perform video inspections and accurately locate pipes
Understands underground plumbing codes and best practices
Can operate equipment such as backhoes, excavators, forklifts, and bobcats (Class A license is a plus)
Can communicate clearly with the office, selling technicians, and the underground supervisor
Ability to provide daily job updates and maintain organized records
Ability to coordinate with inspectors, contractors, and sub-companies
Committed to maintaining safe job sites for both crews and customers
Additional Desired Skills (Training Available)
CIPP installation
Descaling/root removal with high-speed drain machines
Under-house waste and water line installation
Experience using ServiceTitan
Willing to travel for emergency jobs
