• Full-time position with consistent project work

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, typically 7 AM to 3 PM

• Occasional weekend work depending on project needs

• Average 41 to 50 hours per week with additional hours available

Your New Role

• Install cabinetry, casework, and custom millwork with a high level of accuracy

• Complete finish carpentry tasks including doors, frames, and hardware installation

• Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings to ensure proper execution

• Assist with demolition, layout, rough carpentry, and metal stud framing as needed

• Coordinate with superintendents, project managers, and other trades on active jobsites

• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas throughout each phase of construction

• Travel to project sites across Louisville, Lexington, and Southern Indiana

• 3 to 5 years of commercial carpentry or trim carpentry experience

• Proven experience installing cabinetry, casework, and millwork

• Proficiency with door, frame, and hardware installation

• Experience with metal stud framing, layout, and rough carpentry

• Ability to read and follow blueprints and construction documents

• Drywall finishing experience is a plus

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
