Pay: $26 to $32 per hour based on experience
Full-time position with consistent project work
Schedule: Monday through Friday, typically 7 AM to 3 PM
Occasional weekend work depending on project needs
Average 41 to 50 hours per week with additional hours available

Stable pipeline of commercial work across the region
Install cabinetry, casework, and custom millwork with a high level of accuracy
Complete finish carpentry tasks including doors, frames, and hardware installation
Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings to ensure proper execution
Assist with demolition, layout, rough carpentry, and metal stud framing as needed
Coordinate with superintendents, project managers, and other trades on active jobsites
Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas throughout each phase of construction
Travel to project sites across Louisville, Lexington, and Southern Indiana

3 to 5 years of commercial carpentry or trim carpentry experience
Proven experience installing cabinetry, casework, and millwork
Proficiency with door, frame, and hardware installation
Experience with metal stud framing, layout, and rough carpentry
Ability to read and follow blueprints and construction documents
Drywall finishing experience is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
