Your New Role

As a Superintendent, you’ll oversee daily site operations at commercial construction projects—including work at Fresno, California Airport. You’ll be the driving force behind keeping projects on schedule, within budget, and up to safety & quality standards.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coordinate, and supervise all field construction activities

• Ensure project schedules and deadlines are met

• Promote and enforce job site safety – hold regular safety meetings

• Work closely with Project Managers & Senior Superintendents to ensure project success

• Maintain clear communication between subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers

• Conduct daily site inspections and manage quality control

• Handle RFIs, change orders, permitting, inspections, and close-outs

• Manage subcontractor performance, ensuring they meet contractual requirements

• Solve problems on-site and in real time to avoid project delays

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction

• Strong knowledge of blueprints, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Project, Outlook)

• Procore Certification (or willingness to obtain)

• OSHA 30 Certification (required)

• CPR Certification (required)

• Ability to pass a background check for airport security clearance

• High school diploma required; 4-year degree in Construction Management preferred

• Willing to work in person in Fresno, CA, with occasional travel within California
