Your New Role

• Oversee daily site operations, ensuring projects run smoothly—on time, on budget, and up to spec
• Act as the main point of contact, coordinating subcontractors, IMC tradespeople, and crews for flawless project execution
• Proactively identify and resolve issues to keep projects aligned with client expectations and industry standards
• Manage documents, schedules, and financials using software like Bluebeam, RS Means, and QuickBooks

• 5+ years of experience in commercial or industrial construction as a Superintendent
• Proficiency in Bluebeam, RS Means, and QuickBooks
• Experience on government contracts is a plus; must be able to pass standard background checks to access military bases
• OSHA 30 Certification is preferred
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
