This role is open to applicants in the Philippines. It is a remote contractor position focused on helping us find top skilled tradespeople including Plumbers, HVAC technicians, Electricians, as well as office staff and managers.

$1,280 per month starting pay, with a compensation review based on performance evaluation after 90 days

Manage the full recruitment process from start to finish
Calibrate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver the right candidates
Build and maintain candidate pipelines for skilled trades and office roles
Conduct phone and virtual interviews
Keep candidates informed throughout the hiring process
Schedule and coordinate interviews quickly and accurately
Someone committed to becoming an expert in candidate screening, calibrating with hiring manager needs, and coordinating interviews for the candidates they submit
A recruiter who takes responsibility and action in a work-from-home environment without waiting for direction
Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken
Tech-savvy and comfortable with modern recruiting platforms and remote workflows
Independent, driven, and accountable for outcomes
Full-time commitment with the ability to work 8 hours a day during business hours

Requirements & Qualifications:
2+ years of experience within a high-volume recruitment environment
Strong background in account management with proven relationship-building and client communication skills
Proficient in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, evaluating candidates, managing ATS workflows, and ensuring a smooth client and candidate experience
Familiarity with recruitment and communication tools, including Hubspot (CRM), Tellent/Recruitee (ATS), and Slack
Excellent command of English, both written and verbal
Comfortable working in the U.S. time zone
Must have a reliable remote work setup, including a contingency plan for power or internet disruptions
