Your work directly supports successful field installations and customer satisfaction
Fabricate commercial HVAC ductwork, fittings, transitions, and sheet metal components
Operate plasma cutting equipment and other sheet metal fabrication machinery
Read fabrication drawings, blueprints, and shop specifications
Prepare materials for commercial installation crews
Inspect finished products to ensure quality and dimensional accuracy
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe fabrication shop
Work closely with installers and project managers to meet production schedules

High school diploma or GED required
HVAC trade school education preferred
3+ years of HVAC sheet metal fabrication experience preferred
Experience building commercial ductwork and fittings
Experience operating plasma cutting equipment
Ability to read fabrication drawings and blueprints
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Ability to safely lift materials and work in a physically demanding environment
Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
