Your New Role

• Fabricate commercial HVAC ductwork, fittings, transitions, and sheet metal components

• Operate plasma cutting equipment and other sheet metal fabrication machinery

• Read fabrication drawings, blueprints, and shop specifications

• Prepare materials for commercial installation crews

• Inspect finished products to ensure quality and dimensional accuracy

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe fabrication shop

• Work closely with installers and project managers to meet production schedules

• High school diploma or GED required

• HVAC trade school education preferred

• 3+ years of HVAC sheet metal fabrication experience preferred

• Experience building commercial ductwork and fittings

• Experience operating plasma cutting equipment

• Ability to read fabrication drawings and blueprints

• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

• Ability to safely lift materials and work in a physically demanding environment

• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
