Your New Role

• Install Sewer Systems: Execute sewer replacements and repairs for residential properties.

• Operate Machinery: Safely use excavation and trenching equipment.

• Prepare Job Sites: Handle excavation, cleanup, and site preparation.

• Read Blueprints: Interpret plans and ensure accurate installation.

• Test Systems: Perform pressure and flow tests to ensure functionality.

• Customer Service: Provide excellent service and confirm customer satisfaction before leaving the job site.

• Maintain Records: Update work orders, timesheets, and inventory accurately.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with estimators and operators to deliver top-notch results.

• Safety First: Follow all safety protocols and procedures on the job.

• Licensed Plumber (Tradesman, Journeyman, or Master preferred)

• Excavation experience and ability to replace water and sewer lines

• Experience in sewer installations for residential properties

• Proficient in measuring, cutting, and reconnecting sewer pipes

• Ability to operate trenching and excavation machinery

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Physical ability to lift 75–100 lbs, work in trenches 4–18 ft deep, and perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions

• Comfortable working in confined spaces and around sewer and water systems

Preferred Skills:

• Certifications in trenchless technology or advanced sewer installation methods

• First Aid and CPR certification

• Experience in underground utility systems and multiple soil conditions
