Your New Role

• Install, maintain, and repair residential HVAC systems including central air conditioning, heat pumps, ductless mini split systems, and gas or electric heating systems in East Setauket, NY and throughout Suffolk County

• Diagnose and troubleshoot residential heating and cooling systems

• Perform system replacements, upgrades, and preventative maintenance

• Ensure installations meet manufacturer specifications and local building codes

• Maintain accurate service records and documentation

• Communicate clearly with homeowners regarding system performance and recommended repairs

• Maintain a clean and organized job site

• Follow all company safety procedures and industry standards

• Minimum 2 years of residential HVAC service and installation experience

• EPA Certification required

• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

• Working knowledge of residential heating and cooling systems

• Ability to read wiring diagrams and technical manuals

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in residential environments

• Commitment to safe and code compliant work practices
