Your New Role as a Mechanical Service Technician

• Diagnose, service, and repair commercial HVAC systems, both under and over 25 tons
• Perform preventative maintenance on chillers, boilers, air handling units, pumps, and more
• Troubleshoot software such as Trane TechView, Carrier CCN, and work with building automation systems (BAS) and frequency drives
• Ensure a safe work environment, adhering to all safety standards
• Collaborate with a skilled team to deliver exceptional service and resolve technical challenges

• 3–5 years of experience in commercial HVAC service and repair
• Valid Florida driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
• Proficiency with chillers, boilers, air handling units, and familiarity with BAS systems (Trane, Carrier, Daikin)
• Willingness to work overtime and be on-call when required
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and identify wire colors
• Strong communication skills to explain technical issues to non-technical customers
