Multiple Field Service Technician career tracks across North Alabama, with placement based on your strengths, experience, schedule availability, and preferred work environment
Water Treatment Service: $18–$24/hour
Sewer & Drain: $14/hour during paid training, plus a $1,000 training completion bonus; Performance Pay Plan after training with an hourly fallback
Excavation Team: $14–$19/hour
Water Clean-Up: $15–$20/hour

Company vehicles, tablets, tools, specialty equipment, and field equipment provided based on your assigned track and role requirements
Training on company systems, safety procedures, equipment, ServiceTitan where applicable, and track-specific technical work
4–6 weeks of hands-on ride-along training to learn the role alongside experienced team members
90-day training and evaluation period to support your development and ensure you’re set up for success in your assigned track
Approximately 40 hours per week, generally during weekday daytime hours, with technicians typically arriving at their first job by 8:00 a.m. and wrapping up around 4:00–5:00 p.m.
You don’t need experience in every service area. Some tracks are entry-level, and we provide training.
Build hands-on expertise in water treatment systems, sewer and drain service, excavation, or water damage clean-up and restoration.

Work as a Field Service Technician serving customers and projects throughout North Alabama, which includes Huntsville, Birmingham, Decatur, Albertville, Gadsden, and Anniston, AL markets.
Perform hands-on field work within your assigned water treatment, sewer and drain, excavation, or water clean-up/restoration track.
Diagnose problems, operate appropriate tools and equipment, and learn how residential and field-service systems work.
Communicate professionally with customers and coworkers, including explaining field conditions accurately without exaggeration or pressure.
Maintain accurate documentation and take ownership of assigned equipment and follow-through.
Follow company safety procedures and role-specific technical standards.
Meet the physical and environmental requirements of your assigned track, which may include lifting and carrying up to 75 pounds and working around wastewater, mud, demolition, or contaminated conditions.
Depending on your track, dispatch to customer calls or report to a shop and work alongside a field crew.
Water Treatment Service generally operates weekday daytime hours with limited scheduled Saturday work and no routine overnight on-call.
Sewer & Drain generally operates weekday daytime hours, followed after training by a Friday-to-Friday on-call rotation once management determines you are ready.
Excavation Team members report daily to the Guntersville shop and generally work weekday daytime hours, with occasional overtime, extended days, and limited Saturday or emergency work.
Water Clean-Up generally operates weekday daytime hours plus rotating emergency response that can include evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.

Prior field service, plumbing, drain cleaning, water treatment, excavation, restoration, mechanical, or construction experience is helpful but not required for every track
