  • Compensation range of $75,000 to $100,000 based on experience

  • Full-time, fully on-site position in Manassas, VA

  • Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM

  • On-call rotation required, approximately one weekend per month

Your New Role

  • Manage day-to-day service operations for HVAC and mechanical projects in Manassas, VA and surrounding areas

  • Oversee scheduling, dispatching, and performance of service teams

  • Coordinate with technicians, field teams, and internal staff to ensure efficient service delivery

  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and service KPIs to maintain profitability

  • Utilize ServiceTitan or similar platforms to manage workflows and reporting

  • Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety standards and company expectations

  • Troubleshoot operational challenges and implement solutions quickly

  • Communicate regularly with leadership on performance, issues, and opportunities

  • Maintain a strong on-site presence and lead by example in a fast-paced environment

Job requirements

  • Proven management experience in the home services industry

  • Strong background in HVAC service operations

  • Experience using ServiceTitan or similar service management software preferred

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in construction, service management, or related field

  • Solid understanding of scheduling, budgeting, and operational workflows

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record

  • Ability to pass a background check

  • Ability to pass a motor vehicle record (MVR) check

  • Authorization to work in the United States
