Your New Role

  • Perform residential and light commercial plumbing service, repairs, installations, and maintenance

  • Diagnose plumbing system issues and provide effective repair solutions

  • Perform drain cleaning, sewer rodding, and sewer service work

  • Troubleshoot plumbing, drainage, and sewer-related problems with accuracy and professionalism

  • Complete service calls independently while maintaining high-quality workmanship

  • Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes and company standards

  • Maintain accurate job documentation and service records

  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers regarding findings, recommendations, and completed work

  • Safely operate plumbing tools, equipment, and company vehicles

  • Train, support, and mentor apprentice plumbers

  • Participate in occasional after-hours emergency service calls

  • Serve customers throughout Warrenville, IL, and the surrounding Chicagoland suburbs

Job requirements

  • Valid Illinois Journeyman Plumber license

  • 4-8 years of experience in residential service plumbing

  • Strong plumbing diagnostics and troubleshooting skills

  • Experience performing plumbing repairs, maintenance, and installations

  • Strong drain cleaning, sewer service, and rodding experience

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple service calls daily

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills

  • Experience training, mentoring, or supporting apprentice plumbers

  • Knowledge of local plumbing codes and industry best practices

  • Valid driver’s license

  • Commitment to safety, professionalism, and quality craftsmanship
