Earn $35.00 - $55.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
Opportunity for compensation increases based on performance and tenure
Full-time schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Rotating on-call schedule with shared weekend coverage among technicians

Perform residential and light commercial plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance
Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing systems, fixtures, water lines, and drainage systems
Complete drain cleaning, sewer rodding, and sewer service work
Identify and resolve plumbing and drainage issues efficiently and accurately
Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes, regulations, and safety standards
Maintain accurate job documentation, service reports, and customer records
Communicate professionally with customers regarding repairs, recommendations, and service options
Train, mentor, and support plumbing apprentices in the field
Safely operate company vehicles, tools, and equipment
Participate in rotating on-call and emergency service schedules as needed
Work throughout the company's service area in Illinois

Valid Illinois Journeyman Plumber License (required)
Valid Driver's License
4+ years of plumbing experience preferred
Experience with residential plumbing and/or light commercial plumbing systems
Strong plumbing troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Ability to perform plumbing repairs, installations, maintenance, and service work independently
Willingness to perform drain cleaning, sewer rodding, and sewer service work
Sewer rodding experience preferred but not required if willing to learn
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to train and mentor apprentices
Knowledge of plumbing codes, safety procedures, and industry best practices
Ability to maintain accurate service records and documentation
Ability to safely operate company vehicles and equipment
