Your New Role

Based in Jamesburg, NJ, with a service radius of up to 35 miles, you’ll:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and commercial HVAC systems

• Perform electrical troubleshooting, ductwork installation, and gas line testing

• Ensure systems are compliant with local codes and safety regulations

• Work directly with customers—clearly explaining technical issues and offering solutions

• Support junior techs with on-the-job training

• Document service calls and report accurately using company software

• Operate hand and power tools with precision and care

• 6–10 years of HVAC service experience

• Certification or licensure as a Journeyman or Master Technician

• Valid EPA Universal Certification

• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification

• Proficiency in diagnostics, refrigerant handling, ductwork, and electrical repair

• Strong communication and customer interaction skills

• Ability to work on-call, overtime, and flexible shifts

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Comfortable working in residential environments
