Work alongside licensed landscape architects, certified arborists, and skilled landscape professionals

Perform plant health care services for high-end residential properties throughout Far Hills, NJ and surrounding areas
Diagnose plant, tree, shrub, and turf health issues using integrated pest management (IPM) practices
Apply fertilizers, pesticides, fungicides, and other treatments safely and accurately
Monitor landscapes for disease, insect activity, nutrient deficiencies, and environmental stress
Conduct tree and shrub inspections and recommend treatment plans
Operate spray equipment and maintain application records in compliance with regulations
Communicate professionally with clients and internal teams regarding landscape health and treatment recommendations
Support estate management and landscape maintenance teams with proactive plant care strategies
Maintain high standards for safety, cleanliness, and property appearance
Contribute to the continued growth and reputation of The Todd Group’s premium service offerings

Previous experience in plant health care, arboriculture, horticulture, landscaping, or turf management
Strong knowledge of plant identification, pests, diseases, and treatment methods
Experience with pesticide and fertilizer applications
Applicator license or ability to obtain required certifications preferred
Ability to diagnose plant and landscape health issues independently
Valid driver’s license
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Strong communication and organizational skills
Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality workmanship
Experience working on high-end residential properties preferred
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
Career-minded attitude with a strong work ethic and team mentality
