Earn $70,000 to $90,000 annually based on your experience and qualifications
Full-time, year-round position
Monday through Friday schedule
Typical workday begins around 7:30 AM and wraps up between 4:00 PM and 4:30 PM
Time-and-a-half pay for extended workdays
No regularly scheduled weekend shifts
Additional earning opportunities through qualifying HVAC equipment sales

Help deliver the level of service that's making Chill Out A/C & Heating one of the most trusted HVAC companies in the Greater New Orleans area
Start each day from the company's warehouse in the Harahan/Elmwood area before traveling to customer locations
Service residential HVAC systems throughout Metairie, New Orleans, Kenner, Mandeville, and surrounding Greater New Orleans communities
Diagnose equipment concerns and perform maintenance, repairs, and system installations
Explain findings and recommended solutions in a way homeowners can easily understand
Complete every job according to company standards and applicable local codes
Record service details, invoices, job photos, and related documentation using company software
Inspect completed work to verify quality and proper system operation
Keep work areas organized while respecting customers' homes and property
Safeguard company vehicles, equipment, and tools while in the field
Identify opportunities where customers could benefit from HVAC system upgrades or improved equipment
Deliver a professional customer experience on every service call.

High school diploma or equivalent
At least 6 years of experience servicing, diagnosing, repairing, and installing HVAC systems
EPA Certification required
HVAC State License preferred but not required
Valid driver's license
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities across residential HVAC equipment
Comfortable using software to complete service records and job documentation
Able to lift HVAC equipment and work in attics, rooftops, crawl spaces, and similar environments
Strong commitment to safe work practices and code compliance
Additional HVAC trade certifications are a plus
