Your New Role
As a Residential Service Plumber, you’ll be critical to our business, working directly with customers to deliver exceptional service. You’ll:
- Provide expert plumbing services and ensure complete customer satisfaction
- Respect customer homes by maintaining cleanliness and using floor savers
- Explain work in clear terms and provide solutions tailored to client needs
- Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems with precision
- Conduct inspections and testing to ensure functionality and safety
- Exceed revenue goals by delivering high-quality service and upselling when appropriate
- Build customer rapport and suggest the best products and services
- Drive club membership conversions and renewals, explaining the benefits to clients
- Maintain a clean, professional truck representing Xtreme Air Services
- Adhere to our Code of Ethics and Team Rules, focusing on safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement

Job requirements
- High school diploma/GED required
- Tradesmen license required
- Must have 3-5+ years of experience as a residential service plumber
- Self-starter, reliable, and flexible with hours
- Strong customer service skills
- Must pass random drug testing
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Maintain a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
