Your New Role:

As a Residential Service Plumber with Xtreme Air Services, you will:

• Provide expert service to fulfill our customers' entire needs.
• Maintain a neat work area and always wear floor savers in clients' homes.
• Clearly explain the services you perform and demonstrate our superior service.
• Install, maintain, modify, and repair plumbing systems.
• Inspect and test system components for operability and safety.
• Meet and exceed revenue goals through excellent service and sales.
• Build rapport with clients to sell the right products and services.
• Perform thorough inspections and preventive maintenance on plumbing systems.
• Use the Pricing Guide accurately and explain club memberships to clients.
• Maintain a high conversion rate for club memberships and renewals.
• Keep your truck clean and presentable as a moving company billboard.
• Follow our Code of Ethics and Team Rules, stay safety-conscious, and participate actively in training.

• You have a high school diploma/GED and a tradesmen's license.
• You have 3-5+ years of experience as a residential service plumber.
• You’re a self-starter, reliable, and flexible with hours.
• You possess strong customer service skills and can work independently or as part of a team.
• You can pass random drug testing and maintain a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• You’re authorized to work in the US.
