Your New Role

Based in Santa Clara, CA and serving surrounding areas (Palo Alto, Los Altos/Hills, Saratoga, Los Gatos, Sunnyvale, and San Jose), you’ll take the lead on in-home plumbing consultations and sales.

• Perform residential plumbing evaluations with precision and professionalism

• Present and sell premium solutions including tankless installs, repipes, and underground replacements

• Close sales with confidence while keeping customer trust front and center

• Educate homeowners on Navien tankless systems and energy-efficient upgrades

• Manage each client from the first call through job completion and payment collection

• Communicate clearly with both customers and office staff to keep projects on track

• Partner with install teams to ensure smooth transitions and successful outcomes

• Minimum 4–5 years of residential plumbing experience required

• No license required (covered under company license)

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Proven ability to close high-value jobs with confidence and professionalism

• Strong troubleshooting skills and technical knowledge in plumbing systems

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to manage projects from start to finish, including parts management and client follow-up

• Navien Certification preferred, but not required
