Your New Role

• Conduct comprehensive inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on residential electrical systems, ensuring code compliance.
• Coordinate daily with dispatch to manage and complete work orders efficiently.
• Evaluate repair or replacement needs with a safety-focused, customer-centered approach.
• Use diagnostic equipment and tools to troubleshoot and resolve issues precisely.
• Estimate and invoice repairs clearly and transparently for clients.
• Participate in weekly team meetings to stay aligned with company goals and updates.
• Perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, digging, and working in challenging environments as needed.

• Current TDLR License as a Wireman, Journeyman, or Master Electrician
• Minimum 1 year of experience in residential electrical systems
• Valid Texas Driver’s License with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills
• Customer service focus with a sales-oriented mindset
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Availability for on-call shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
