Your New Role

Location: Anthem, AZ

• Perform warranty repairs and service work on previously installed residential HVAC systems

• Diagnose and resolve equipment, airflow, controls, installation, and system performance issues

• Complete corrective work and punch-list items from previous installations

• Inspect completed installations and identify deficiencies requiring repair or adjustment

• Communicate professionally with homeowners regarding diagnoses, completed repairs, and recommended solutions

• Document work performed, materials used, and any additional issues discovered using digital work order systems

• Coordinate with dispatch, installation teams, and management to complete service requests efficiently

• Operate company vehicles, tools, and equipment safely and responsibly

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining high standards of workmanship

• Minimum 3 years of residential HVAC service or installation experience

• Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems, air conditioners, heat pumps, gas furnaces, controls, and airflow diagnostics

• Proven HVAC troubleshooting and repair skills

• Ability to diagnose and correct installation-related issues

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple service calls

• Ability to lift equipment and materials and perform physical work in residential environments

• Experience with mini-split systems and indoor air quality products is preferred

• Technical training or manufacturer certifications from AC Pro, Lennox, Daikin, or similar manufacturers are preferred

• Experience with HVAC commissioning, startup procedures, and warranty documentation is preferred

• Familiarity with tablets, digital work orders, and service management software is preferred
