Your New Role

• Review construction documents and drawings to understand full project scope for bidding

• Perform detailed take-offs to determine labor, materials, and overall project requirements

• Prepare accurate estimates, proposals, and bids aligned with company goals

• Manage projects including remodeling, insurance restoration, interior and exterior renovations, roofing, kitchens, bathrooms, and flooring

• Coordinate scheduling of employees and subcontractors to keep projects on track

• Communicate with subcontractors and vendors to gather pricing and align scopes of work

• Purchase materials and track project expenses to maintain budget control

• Lead and direct field staff while resolving challenges throughout the project lifecycle

• Monitor timelines, budgets, and overall project performance in Tarrant County and surrounding areas

• Maintain clear communication with clients and internal teams from start to finish

• Location: Kennedale, TX 76060 serving Tarrant County and surrounding areas

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, typically 7 am to 5 or 6 pm with occasional Saturdays

• 10+ years of experience in construction project management, estimating, or a similar role

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Strong knowledge of construction documents, take-offs, and cost estimating

• Experience managing residential and light commercial projects including remodeling and restoration

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications

• Strong communication skills for coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, schedules, and budgets

• Leadership experience directing field teams and subcontractors

• Proficiency with estimating software and project management tools

• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites within Tarrant County and surrounding areas

• Texas adjuster’s license is beneficial but not required
