Your New Role

• Prepare accurate estimates and support procurement planning for high-end residential landscape design-build projects in Far Hills, NJ and surrounding areas

• Analyze project plans, specifications, takeoffs, and material requirements

• Utilize estimating software including Sage Estimating and On-Screen Takeoff

• Coordinate material procurement, vendor pricing, and purchasing processes

• Support project budgeting, bid preparation, and cost tracking

• Collaborate with designers, project managers, and operations teams to ensure project accuracy and efficiency

• Maintain organized documentation, vendor communications, and estimating records

• Assist in streamlining workflows and improving estimating efficiency as project volume increases

• Contribute to project profitability through detail-oriented estimating and procurement coordination

• Support the company’s commitment to delivering premium-quality outdoor living environments

• Previous experience in estimating, procurement, construction coordination, or project costing

• Experience with residential construction, landscape construction, or design-build projects preferred

• Proficiency with estimating software and digital takeoff tools

• Experience using Sage Estimating, On-Screen Takeoff, or similar platforms preferred

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications

• Strong communication and vendor coordination skills

• Detail-oriented with strong time management abilities

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Irrigation or outdoor construction knowledge is a plus

• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

• Career-minded professional with a strong work ethic and collaborative mindset
