Your New Role

As a Project Coordinator in Bonsall, California, you will support commercial and restaurant construction projects from start to finish by:

  • Coordinating contracts, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and closeout documentation

  • Assisting Project Managers with scheduling, budgeting, cost tracking, and procurement

  • Communicating with subcontractors, vendors, clients, and internal teams to keep projects on schedule

  • Maintaining accurate records in project management software

  • Supporting permitting, inspections, and compliance documentation

  • Preparing reports, meeting notes, and project updates for stakeholders

Job requirements

  • 5 to 7 years of project coordination experience required in commercial construction

  • Preference for candidates currently working in commercial construction, restaurant construction, or a general contracting environment

  • Strong understanding of construction processes, terminology, and documentation

  • Demonstrated experience managing RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project closeout documents

  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to submit a project portfolio showcasing relevant commercial or restaurant construction work
