As a Project Coordinator in Bonsall, California, you will support commercial and restaurant construction projects from start to finish by:
Coordinating contracts, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and closeout documentation
Assisting Project Managers with scheduling, budgeting, cost tracking, and procurement
Communicating with subcontractors, vendors, clients, and internal teams to keep projects on schedule
Maintaining accurate records in project management software
Supporting permitting, inspections, and compliance documentation
Preparing reports, meeting notes, and project updates for stakeholders
5 to 7 years of project coordination experience required in commercial construction
Preference for candidates currently working in commercial construction, restaurant construction, or a general contracting environment
Strong understanding of construction processes, terminology, and documentation
Demonstrated experience managing RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project closeout documents
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Ability to submit a project portfolio showcasing relevant commercial or restaurant construction work
