• Full-time schedule, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Your New Role

• Perform residential and light commercial plumbing repairs, installations, maintenance, and service throughout Warrenville, Illinois, and the surrounding service area

• Diagnose plumbing systems, fixtures, water lines, drains, and sewer systems

• Complete drain cleaning, sewer rodding, and sewer service

• Identify plumbing problems and recommend practical repair options

• Complete work according to Illinois plumbing codes, applicable safety requirements, and company quality standards

• Maintain accurate service reports, job documentation, and customer records

• Explain repairs, recommendations, and service options clearly and professionally to customers

• Train, mentor, and support plumbing apprentices in the field

• Safely operate company vehicles, tools, and equipment

• Participate in the rotating on-call schedule and emergency service calls as needed

• Valid Illinois Journeyman Plumber License required

• Valid driver's license

• 4+ years of plumbing experience required

• Experience with residential plumbing and/or light commercial plumbing systems

• Strong plumbing diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

• Ability to independently perform plumbing repairs, installations, maintenance, and service

• Willingness to perform drain cleaning, sewer rodding, and sewer service

• Sewer rodding experience preferred, but not required for candidates willing to learn

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Ability to train and mentor plumbing apprentices

• Knowledge of plumbing codes, safety procedures, and industry best practices

• Ability to maintain accurate service records and documentation

• Ability to safely operate company vehicles and equipment
