Your New Role

• Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial plumbing systems

• Respond to service calls and manage jobs from initial assessment through completion

• Troubleshoot plumbing issues and recommend appropriate solutions

• Repair and replace piping systems, including copper, PVC, and cast iron

• Communicate clearly with customers regarding findings, repair options, and completed work

• Maintain accurate job documentation and service records

• Keep company vehicle, tools, and equipment clean and organized

• Deliver professional, customer-focused service on every call

• 3+ years of residential plumbing service experience

• Strong plumbing troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

• Experience repairing and servicing residential plumbing systems

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple service calls

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Experience with light commercial plumbing service and repair

• Ability to safely use plumbing tools and equipment

• Knowledge of plumbing codes, safety practices, and industry standards

• Journeyman or Master plumbing license is preferred
