Your New Role

As a Plumbing Service Technician at L.E. Isley & Sons, Inc., you’ll handle a wide range of residential plumbing services with professionalism and precision:

• Diagnose and repair plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and broken pipes.

• Install plumbing systems, fixtures, and appliances such as sinks, toilets, and dishwashers.

• Conduct routine maintenance to prevent system failures and ensure functionality.

• Perform inspections to identify problems and ensure code compliance.

• Communicate with customers to provide clear explanations and cost estimates.

• Maintain accurate records of all services, parts used, and time spent on each job.

• Follow safety procedures to protect yourself and customers.

• Indiana Journeyman Plumbing License (required)

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Drain cleaning experience preferred

• Service Titan or similar software experience is a plus

• Completed an apprenticeship program

• 6+ years of residential service plumbing experience

• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills

• Valid driver’s license
