Your New Role

• Location: Based in Uvalde, TX with service across Pearsall, San Antonio, and surrounding areas

• Lead the Charge: Manage and lead a crew on commercial jobsites, ensuring top-quality plumbing installation and safety compliance

• Hands-On Expertise: Read and interpret project documents, schedules, blueprints, and specifications

• Work With Purpose: Oversee installation of plumbing piping systems and fixtures to code

• Stay On Schedule: Coordinate labor, materials, and subcontractors to keep jobs moving and on budget

• Journeyman Plumbing License (or higher) required

• 6-10 years of plumbing experience, with proven leadership on commercial jobs

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Strong understanding of plumbing code, system layouts, and project coordination

• Must be able to read blueprints and construction documents

• Comfortable working Monday through Saturday with 40-50 hours per week

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (to operate company vehicle)
