Your New Role

As an essential member of our team, you’ll be responsible for:

• Inspecting, diagnosing, and resolving plumbing issues for residential and commercial clients
• Mentoring apprentices and ensuring work aligns with Arkansas plumbing codes
• Communicating effectively with clients, providing updates, and explaining solutions
• Managing materials, keeping accurate records, and staying organized
• Maintaining top-notch safety standards for both yourself and clients
• Collaborating with inspectors to ensure plumbing installations and repairs meet standards
• Responding swiftly and confidently to emergency repairs

• 1-2 years of plumbing experience (2+ years preferred)
• Arkansas Journeyman Plumber license (transferrable from other states)
• Valid U.S. driver’s license
• Personal hand tools required
• Skilled in installing, servicing, and diagnosing plumbing systems
• Must pass a background check and drug test
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
