Perform tasks independently, learn continuously, and adapt to industry changes.
Engage in training, mentor apprentices, and ensure code compliance.
Inspect, diagnose, and solve complex plumbing issues while following standards.
Document work, communicate well with clients, and manage materials efficiently.
Prioritize safety, promote eco-friendly practices, and manage projects effectively.
Collaborate with diverse teams, optimizing project efficiency and communication.
Respond swiftly to emergencies, managing urgent plumbing situations effectively.
Champion quality control, ensuring installations align with industry benchmarks.
Stay current with technological trends, integrating innovative solutions when suitable.
Liaise with inspectors, facilitating smooth approval processes for plumbing work.

Job requirements
1-2 years of experience (2 years preferred, not required)
Successful completion of a drug test and background check
Possession of a valid US driver's license
Personal Hand Tools Required
Arkansas Journeyman license (transferrable from another state)
Licensed Journeyman plumber
Proficiency in installing, servicing, and diagnosing plumbing system
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
