Pay

• $25.00 - $35.00/hourly
• Monthly Performance Bonus and Commission! 🤩
• Sign-On Bonus! (Eligible up to $1,500 or relocation expense)

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks independently, learn continuously, and adapt to industry changes.
• Engage in training, mentor apprentices, and ensure code compliance.
• Inspect, diagnose, and solve complex plumbing issues while following standards.
• Document work, communicate well with clients, and manage materials efficiently.
• Prioritize safety, promote eco-friendly practices, and manage projects effectively.
• Collaborate with diverse teams, optimizing project efficiency and communication.
• Respond swiftly to emergencies, managing urgent plumbing situations effectively.
• Champion quality control, ensuring installations align with industry benchmarks.
• Stay current with technological trends, integrating innovative solutions when suitable.
• Liaise with inspectors, facilitating smooth approval processes for plumbing work.

• 1-2 years of experience (2 years preferred, not required)
• Successful completion of a drug test and background check
• Possession of a valid US driver's license
• Personal Hand Tools Required
• Arkansas Journeyman license (transferrable from another state)
• Licensed Journeyman plumber
• Proficiency in installing, servicing, and diagnosing plumbing system
  
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
