Your New Role

As a Lead Service Plumber at DMC Service, you’ll take the lead in a wide range of plumbing services:

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair plumbing systems across residential, commercial, and industrial sites
• Use tools and equipment with precision to ensure compliance with inspection standards
• Perform daily trade tasks with minimal supervision and meticulous record-keeping
• Uphold safety standards and deliver exceptional customer service
• Take on varied responsibilities that keep each day challenging and rewarding

• Experience: At least 3 years of commercial plumbing experience
• Licensing: Valid Kansas or Missouri driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Communication: Ability to explain technical details clearly to clients
• Safety Compliance: Adheres to all safety regulations and standards
• Independence: Works well independently and follows through on tasks
• Screening: Able to pass a background check and drug screen
• Physical Capability: Able to lift up to 75 pounds, work in various positions, and in challenging environments (e.g., confined spaces, outdoor conditions)
• U.S. Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
