We're expanding our team and seeking a Journeyman Plumber with expertise in new commercial construction and industrial plumbing.

Your New Role As a Journeyman Plumber:

• You’ll be responsible for installing plumbing systems as per plans, ensuring everything is precisely placed from the start. As one of the first trades on-site, your accuracy is crucial—if the plumbing isn’t right, the rest of the building doesn’t work.

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in line with local plumbing codes and IPC regulations.

• Focus on commercial projects such as office buildings, restaurants (e.g., Starbucks, Chick-fil-A), and industrial facilities.

• Handle a mix of commercial new construction and maintenance jobs, with some residential work.

• Manage time-sensitive projects where efficiency and quality are key, especially on fast-paced jobs requiring quick turnaround times.

• Adhere to safety practices, manage helpers and subs, and ensure high standards on every job.

• You’re unwilling to cross over between commercial, residential, or service plumbing when needed.

This Job Is For You If:

• You have 3+ years of experience in commercial new construction plumbing and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• You’re a licensed Journeyman Plumber

• You enjoy working on a wide variety of projects, from large commercial builds to quick turnaround service jobs.

• Licensed Journeyman Plumber (Tennessee required, Arkansas license is a plus)

• 3+ years of plumbing experience, with a focus on commercial new construction and industrial plumbing

• Med Gas Certification is a plus

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints for plumbing layouts

• Familiarity with local building, plumbing, and gas codes and IPC regulations

• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record

• Ability to supervise helpers and subcontractors on job sites

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S., be able to pass a background check and drug screening
