Your New Role:

As a Lead Service Plumber, you’ll be the backbone of our technical operations, diving into tasks that make a difference:

• Installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing plumbing equipment across residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
• Mastery use of tools and equipment to meet rigorous inspection standards.
• Conduct daily trade duties with minimal supervision, keeping records meticulous and up to the company's high standards.
• Uphold the highest safety and customer service standards.

• 3 years of experience as a Plumber
• Valid Kansas or Missouri Driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Ability to explain technical information to clients at a level they understand
• Compliant with the safety regulations
• Ability to work independently
• Able to pass a pre-employment background check, and drug screen
• Can sit, walk, bend, and lift for prolonged periods of time
• Must have a full range of body movements including the use of hands feet and fingers to handle or feel objects and must be capable of bending, reaching, crouching, climbing, and crawling
• Able to handle or feel objects and use tools and equipment and must be capable of bending, reaching, crouching, climbing, and crawling
• Must have command of all five senses (sight, hearing, touch, smell, and taste)
• Must have Vision abilities required including close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust and focus
• Must be able to lift 75 pounds
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Comfortable with working outdoors/indoors in various climate conditions ranging from very cold with rain to very hot and humid. This includes ditches, excavation sites, and confined locations. This may include working in confined spaces, such as rooftops, attics, and crawl spaces
