Deliver plant health care and lawn care services at high end residential properties throughout Far Hills, New Jersey and surrounding communities
Assess trees, shrubs, plants, and turf to identify pests, diseases, nutrient deficiencies, and environmental stress
Carry out integrated pest management treatments involving fertilizers, pesticides, fungicides, weed control products, insect control products, and seasonal applications
Complete foliar sprays, trunk injections, soil treatments, root zone applications, and related plant health care services
Apply mosquito and tick control treatments as assigned
Operate, calibrate, and maintain sprayers, spreaders, injectors, and other application equipment
Document treatments, property observations, recommendations, and follow up services using digital records
Communicate professionally with clients and team members about landscape health and treatment recommendations
Recognize opportunities for additional services that can support the health and appearance of each property
Work alongside other technicians on larger projects and seasonal application schedules
Perform routine vehicle and equipment maintenance while keeping storage areas organized and compliant
Support technician development by sharing your knowledge and experience with teammates when needed
Follow high standards for safety, regulatory compliance, and property presentation

At least 4 years of experience in plant health care, lawn care, arboriculture, horticulture, landscaping, or turf management
Strong understanding of tree, shrub, plant, turf, pest, and disease identification
Hands on experience applying fertilizers, pesticides, fungicides, weed control products, insect control products, and lawn treatments
Ability to independently diagnose health concerns affecting plants, trees, shrubs, and turf
New Jersey Pesticide Applicator License preferred, including Core and applicable categories such as 3A, 3B, or 8B
Willingness to obtain required licensing with company support if not currently licensed
Valid driver's license
Comfortable performing outdoor work in varying weather conditions
Ability to safely operate and maintain application equipment and company vehicles
Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
Detail oriented approach with a commitment to safety and regulatory compliance
Previous experience servicing high end residential properties is preferred
Education in horticulture, arboriculture, turf management, or a related field is a plus
ISA credentials are a plus
Ability to lift and carry equipment and materials while navigating uneven terrain
Positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and commitment to contributing to a professional team
