Your New Role
- Lead the estimation and bidding process for commercial/light industrial painting projects
- Cultivate client relationships and promote company services to general contractors and property managers
- Provide hands-on leadership to the estimating team, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Use OnScreen takeoff software (Planswift or similar) to analyze and prepare project proposals

Job requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Commercial Paint Estimator or Project Manager
- Expertise in commercial painting processes, products, and production rates
- Proficiency in Planswift or similar OnScreen takeoff software
- Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach
- Must be able to commute or relocate to San Juan Capistrano, CA
