We’re growing fast and looking for a motivated Outside Sales Representative who’s great with people, understands the value of quality work, and is ready to be part of something bigger. You’ll be meeting with homeowners in person, helping them choose the right solutions for their home, and making a real impact on energy use and comfort in the community.

Your New Role

As an Outside Sales Representative, you'll be the go-to expert for homeowners across Nassau and Suffolk County, NY, helping them explore their HVAC options and choose the best fit for their needs. This is a client-facing role where your industry experience and customer-first approach will make a real impact.

  • Visit residential customers to assess their HVAC needs and recommend solutions

  • Present system options, timelines, and pricing in a clear, professional way

  • Prepare and follow up on proposals with support from the Sales Manager

  • Work closely with operations to ensure smooth handoffs and satisfied customers

  • Stay connected with current members for upselling opportunities and renewals

  • Occasionally support inbound service calls and follow-up calls when needed

  • Learn from and collaborate with other departments to improve the customer experience

Job requirements

  • 2+ years of outside sales experience in HVAC, residential construction, or home services

  • Strong people skills and a consultative, solutions-focused mindset

  • Familiarity with HVAC systems, energy efficiency, or related home improvement work

  • Comfortable using CRM software and mobile tools to manage leads and proposals

  • Self-motivated, organized, and dependable

  • Valid driver’s license
