Salary: $100,000 guaranteed salary for your first three months, plus performance-based incentives

As an Outside Sales Representative, you'll be the go-to expert for homeowners across Long Island, helping them explore their HVAC options and choose the best fit for their needs. This is a client-facing role where your industry experience and customer-first approach will make a real impact.
Visit residential customers to assess their HVAC needs and recommend solutions
Present system options, timelines, and pricing in a clear, professional way
Prepare and follow up on estimates & proposals with support from the Head of Sales
Work closely with internal teams (Install Operations, Accounting team) and external partners (General Contractors / Architects) to ensure project success after sale. You’ll help us make sure proper permitting procedures are followed, and that our team completes the work on time and to the customer’s satisfaction.
Support marketing efforts to engage current and prospective members and educate them on upgrade opportunities and renewals
Occasionally support inbound service calls and follow-up calls when needed
Learn from and collaborate with other departments to improve the customer experience

2+ years of outside sales experience in HVAC, residential construction, or home services/trades
Strong people skills and a consultative, solutions-focused mindset
Deep familiarity with HVAC systems, energy efficiency, or related home improvement work
Comfortable using CRM software and mobile tools to manage leads and proposals (experience with ServiceTitan, Slack, Pipedrive a plus)
Self-motivated, organized, and dependable
Valid driver’s license & good driving record
