As an Office Administrator in Rifle, CO, you will play a key role in supporting daily service operations and ensuring seamless communication between customers, the service manager, and field technicians.
Answer incoming calls from homeowners and assess service needs
Create and manage work orders based on customer conversations
Schedule and dispatch service technicians using industry-specific software
Maintain real-time communication with field employees and the service manager
Organize and maintain customer records, files, and schedules
Prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
Deliver exceptional customer service while resolving scheduling and service inquiries

3 to 5 years of experience in an administrative, dispatch, customer service, or service coordination role
High school diploma or equivalent
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
Ability to professionally manage challenging customer interactions
Experience working in a fast-paced office environment
Experience with construction, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or other service industry software is preferred
Ability to learn new scheduling and dispatch systems
Successful completion of pre-employment assessments as part of the hiring process
