Your New Role
Lead daily office management and administrative operations in Horn Lake, Mississippi
Support HR functions, including onboarding, employee documentation, and coordination
Assist with benefits coordination and employee communication
Provide accounts payable oversight with a working understanding of processes and documentation
Coordinate schedules, communication, and workflow between field teams and leadership
Manage incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries with professionalism and urgency
Maintain accurate records, files, and compliance documentation
Support project managers with reporting, coordination, and administrative tasks
Oversee general administrative functions to ensure efficiency across departments

Previous experience in office administration, office management, or an administrative leadership role
Ability to handle a high-capacity workload in a fast-paced, high-responsibility environment
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and office management systems
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with accounts payable processes and administrative financial tasks
Experience supporting HR functions such as onboarding and employee coordination
Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and maintain strong attention to detail
Experience in construction, electrical, or similar skilled trades industry preferred
