Your new role:

As our Mitigation Manager/Estimator, you'll dive headfirst into disaster zones, not just to assess the damage but to set the stage for a comeback story. You'll scope out projects, carve out clear plans, and lead our production teams from chaos to restoration. Your mission is to build rock-solid relationships with property owners, adjusters, and team members, ensuring smooth sailing through turbulent times.

• 2+ years experience in Mitigation estimating.
• 2+ years of Xactimate experience.
• Residential estimating experience over $50,000; Commercial estimating experience up to $250,000.
• Computer literate with advanced Microsoft Office skills including working knowledge of word processing, business software, and spreadsheet applications.
• Extensive Customer Service experience.
• Excellent communication skills, professional demeanor, and appearance, and excellent telephone skills.
