Mitigation Manager

Yellowstone Local is looking for an experienced Mitigation Manager on behalf of an established Mitigation & Restoration company that has been serving northeast Oklahoma for 11 years. We are looking for an Estimator/Project Manager to work with property owners, adjusters, and other team members after catastrophic events to commercial or residential property such as a flood or fire. The position requires individuals to be on-scene after property disasters to accurately scope projects and assign work for production teams to complete. This individual will be responsible for building relationships with property owners/managers, adjusters, and team members throughout the restoration process. Pay

• $55,000.00 - $70,000.00/year D.O.E & Commission

Responsibilities

• Service ranging from insurance adjusters, community business owners, schools, and private residences.
• Serve as the primary contact with owners and adjusters.
• Derive the scope of work and negotiate claims and contractors with clients.
• Utilize IICRC, OSHA, and other standards that may apply.
• Apply industry TPA Program standards and ensure compliance with requirements.
• Deliver estimates and information to clients to meet timelines.
• Attention to detail and a keen sense of safeguarding clientele's property and information.
• Clearly communicate all aspects with Project Managers, Property Owners/Agents, and Adjusters as needed.
• Must be able to scope Mitigation and Structural projects and sign up projects.
• Document change orders and create supplemental estimates.
• Some evening and weekend points of contact for any new losses.
• Increase the business portfolio by establishing relationships with business owners, agents, and adjusters.
• Seek partnerships to improve the performance of the team.

• 2+ years experience in Mitigation estimating.
• 2+ years of Xactimate experience.
• Residential estimating experience over $50,000; Commercial estimating experience up to $250,000.
• Computer literate with advanced Microsoft Office skills including working knowledge of word processing, business software, and spreadsheet applications.
• Extensive Customer Service experience.
• Excellent communication skills, professional demeanor, and appearance, and excellent telephone skills.
