Your New Role
As a Millwright Mechanic, you’ll tackle a variety of responsibilities, including:
- Installing, assembling, and maintaining industrial machinery and equipment using hand and power tools.
- Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical systems to keep operations running smoothly.
- Transferring and aligning equipment with precision tools such as lasers, micrometers, and plumb bobs.
- Reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to plan and execute tasks.
- Inspecting machinery for irregularities, identifying malfunctions, and making necessary repairs.

Job requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Completion of an apprenticeship program or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to read technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Proficiency in using tools for alignment, measurements, and installation.
- Physical ability to work in demanding environments, including lifting and operating machinery.
