Your New Role

As a Mechanical Foreman, you will:

• Lead and oversee the installation and setup of cooling systems for commercial, industrial, and medical facilities

• Manage jobsite crews and subcontractors to ensure efficient workflow and safety compliance

• Plan project needs, including procuring tools, materials, and equipment

• Conduct and attend meetings, including safety briefings and look-ahead planning

• Monitor installations of HVAC components such as chillers, boilers, and fresh air equipment

• Enforce safety standards and respond to any onsite incidents

• Test systems, mark up daily drawings, and ensure compliance with code regulations

• Communicate effectively with the superintendent to address project needs and updates

• Maintain quality control and uphold Aqua’s high standards of excellence

• Experience: 5-7 years in the commercial HVAC industry required

• Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems, including various leading brands and manufacturers.

• Skills:

  • Effective time management, communication, and problem-solving

  • Basic computer literacy

  • Ability to lead, coach, and manage crews with a positive attitude

• Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds regularly

  • Good coordination and dexterity

• Certifications:

  • Valid Florida driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

  • Ability to pass a drug screen and background check

• Willingness to work overtime and think outside the box for client solutions
