Your New Role

• Lead electrical installation, service, and upgrade work for residential and light commercial projects across Texas

• Ensure all electrical work meets NEC standards and local code requirements

• Serve as the primary technical resource for troubleshooting complex electrical issues

• Review job scopes, project plans, and site conditions to support efficient project execution

• Work closely with operations, project management, and field teams to deliver high quality outcomes

• Mentor apprentices and journeymen by sharing best practices and reinforcing strong workmanship standards

• Support inspections, permitting coordination, and code compliance across projects

• Help improve field processes, documentation, and training that support safe and consistent electrical work

• Deliver a professional customer experience on every project

• Active Master Electrician license in Texas

• Strong knowledge of National Electrical Code and local electrical requirements

• Experience with residential or light commercial electrical service, installation, and upgrades

• Ability to troubleshoot complex electrical systems and provide practical solutions

• Experience guiding or mentoring electricians in a field environment

• Ability to communicate clearly with team members, inspectors, and customers

• Strong organization and attention to detail across multiple projects

• Valid driver’s license

• Ability to work on job sites and perform hands on electrical work as needed
