Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive Marketing Manager with strong execution skills and digital marketing expertise to oversee multiple brands. In this remote role, you will drive inbound leads through local SEO strategies, optimize Google Business Profiles, manage website content updates, and handle day-to-day marketing requests with urgency and ownership.
Key Responsibilities:
Optimize and maintain multiple Google Business Profiles (GBPs)
Develop and update location-specific landing pages
Identify and target new service areas with effective address strategies
Track and report on local search rankings, traffic, and lead generation
Perform timely updates to websites, promotional materials, and content
Manage and execute social media campaigns across various brands
Monitor social engagement and work to improve online visibility
Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative briefs and graphics
Assist with managing digital ad campaigns on platforms like Facebook and Google
Write or edit compelling copy for ads, web pages, and marketing materials
Respond promptly to marketing support requests with same-day execution when possible
Maintain marketing calendars, lead tracking, and vendor performance records
Research and implement new marketing tools and AI software to boost efficiency

What’s In It For You:
Competitive hourly pay $7 - $10/hour USD (Varies depending on experience level)
Full-time (40 - 45 hours/week, some weekends included)
Client-specific benefits may be included depending on placement
What We're Looking For:
Excellent verbal and written English communication
2–3 years of marketing execution experience, ideally in home services
Strong skills in local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization
Experience managing websites with CMS platforms like WordPress or Wix
Familiarity with graphic design (Canva, Adobe) and automation tools (Zapier, Google Workspace)
Ability to work independently, manage multiple brands, and meet deadlines
Reliable remote work setup with stable internet
Availability to work U.S. business hours and weekends if needed
Experience with ServiceTitan, Podium, or similar platforms (preferred)
Marketing background in the U.S. home service industry (preferred)
Prior agency or in-house role supporting skilled trades (preferred)
Knowledge of hyper-local marketing strategies (preferred)
Familiarity with AI tools for content creation or process improvement (preferred)
